By engaging Cristoval Martinez / Ovalweb ("we," "us") for a The Revenue Sprint or engineering engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We provide payment infrastructure assessments, engineering, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins.
Fees, payment schedules, and any guarantee terms (such as The Revenue Sprint guarantee) are set out per engagement. Invoices are due on the terms stated in the proposal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any non-public business, financial, or technical information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to perform the services.
Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
